great access to parks and charming city streets

I enjoyed amazing views while relaxing by the pool and loved the easy stroll to nearby attractions like the vibrant I Love Coffee just a quick 200 meters away and the scenic Avenida Balboa just over a mile down the road were great. Single travelers will appreciate the convenience of this space, although I found myself wishing Old Town was a bit closer but it's just a short five-dollar cab ride away.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Wi-Fi was slow.

The room was updated and neat with a shower and bath sheets in the separate bathroom.

Couldn't recommend more for exploring town

Beautiful room, beautiful view, especially from our Premium Ocean View 1 King Bed, where we enjoyed watching ships lining up to enter the canal. The location was perfect for planning excursions with easy access to transportation just 5 km from Paitilla.

Fairly clean hotel, greatly enjoyed to be just next door to Panama City for treatment at the Stem Cell Institute as well as the river thanks to good and stunning location. The staff was qualified and a varied and delicious breakfast was provided.

More accessible seating needed in dining areas.

Staying in a Premium Ocean View room provided amazing views of the water and ships entering the canal. The ceviche served at the restaurant was some of the best I had, and the bartender's artistic drinks were a good touch. Though I wished for a broader selection at breakfast in the lounge, the offerings were still excellent. Especially Jorge and Rafael, created a cute atmosphere.

Minor issues with hot water didn't overshadow the really good service and delicious restaurant offerings. A amazing spot for any traveler!

great location but slight noise issues

The hotel offers spacious rooms with modern amenities that enhance comfort. The common areas stand out for their cleanliness and cute ambiance. I particularly enjoyed the amazing views of the bay while dining was good.

The noise from the traffic outside could be bothersome at times.

The staff provided really good service, assisting efficiently with meeting arrangements . The breakfast buffet was superb, with diverse options including fresh juices and made-to-order omelets.

The room was fantastic, especially with that amazing bathtub overlooking the skyline and a comfy bed that felt just right. I also loved relaxing in the outdoor swimming pool and enjoying a soothing massage at the spa. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room for leftovers. 👍
